Why couldn’t Reddit replace Twitter?

A legitimate question.Celebrities and every day people are notorious for making appearances in Reddit through AMAs.Reddit is a great community already.What&rsquo;s wrong with either a spin-off feed where you can see content from people rather than communities or something similar?

Because Reddit is a hive mind due to the way upvote/downvote works. It only has one "correct" opinion. Everything else is downvoted and rejected.
It's mostly an anonymous network while Twitter isn't.
Lastly, Reddit is controlled by the mods in a way. Mods have all the power. Influencers do not.
