What app(s) would you prefer to use in the terminal?

What kind of apps could you see yourself using in the terminal if there was a decent CLI or TUI?I'm particularly interested in non-developer tools. Apps that are typically web or desktop based. If they offered a good terminal experience would you consider switching?

Interesting question. First thing that came to mind is reading ebooks (even though it's probably not feasible). The terminal is there, can't I just read documents inside it? I don't mean just as text, I mean with the embedded fonts rendered, and the styling, and any little pictures.

I always find tools like wttr.in and ifconfig.co useful and interesting.
That said I think those small little tools for quickly getting some information work really well in a terminal. More involved apps that require more interaction I am not sure would translate well.
Displaying a calendar would be useful.
