Recommend me a good 5G Mobile Router

I will be moving offices shortly and have just discovered that there is no possibility Fibre To Building at the address and Fibre To Cabinet is limited to 20mb with little prospect of an upgrade any time soon. I currently have 76mb which is adequate but wouldn't want to suffer such a severe downgrade.

MY obvious fallback option is Starlink, which would be OK but for the premium subscription and set up cost.

This leaves me with a 4/5G mobile signal. I would, therefore, need to buy a suitable router to provide wi-fi and at least one ethernet port.

Any suggestions would be welcome?

Huawei (yeah, I know, bear with me) used to have cheap LTE models (with an Ethernet port _and_ an external antenna connector) that were on sale recently. I spent my holiday in a country cottage with one (don’t remember the model number offhand, but recognized the box on Amazon ES) and it did well over 50Mbps OK in the middle of nowhere (in Portugal, which has pretty decent coverage).

AFAICR from looking it up at the time it was rated for 150Mbps and was under €150 in price - and it was globally available.

For 5G Fixed Wireless Access(CPE), I have tried Huawei, ZTE, Zyxel devices. Overall, device with Huawei or Qualcomm chip provides better 5G speed than Zyxel which using MediaTek chip.

For 5G Mi-Fi, I have only tried Netgear Nighthawk M5 which using Qualcomm chip. Speed is okay but it generates a lot of heat which is a big problem for this portable device and its battery.
