Will AIs like ChatGPT give people another reason not to have children?

Maybe people will no longer fear living alone after their spouse leaves/dies and having no children to talk to since they can talk to AIs like ChatGPT?

Since this is just a troll, I'll post this here too. I asked chatgpt "Given the types of people who use Hacker News, write 5 questions intended to troll HN."

Here are five questions that could potentially be used to troll Hacker News users:

"Why do you all use Macs even though they're overpriced and underpowered?"
"Is it true that all programmers are basement-dwelling neckbeards?"
"Why do tech companies have such a diversity problem, and why isn't anyone doing anything about it?"
"Why do startups always fail, and why do investors keep throwing money at them?"
"Why do software engineers get paid so much even though their job is basically just typing on a keyboard?"
These questions are designed to be inflammatory and controversial, and could potentially provoke strong reactions from Hacker News users. They are intended to be provocative and to challenge commonly-held beliefs and assumptions about the tech industry and its culture.

I think it's a really interesting question, but more towards: Will people stop having real relationships? The 2013 Spike Jonze film "Her" explores this a bit.

Relationships are tough because neither person is perfect. So when you have a perfect partner who says all the right things, based on a unique supermodel image, and who will never argue with you... will people just find it easier to do that?

Will the world massively depopulate because we all have fictitious dream partners?

This is the way the world ends / This is the way the world ends / This is the way the world ends / Not with a bang but a honey
