New books are exciting toys - but the old ones are [almost] always better
My back of the envelope guess is that 10% of all "new" business/entrepreneurial/economics/etc texts are going to be worth reading in a year
Of those, 10% will be worth reading in a decade
Look at what's survived and carries the weight of continued availability instead of always looking for the latest and "greatest" management book
Better yet, find actual meat-world people who have been there and done that, and get their advice
