Where did the “unread” marker go?

I've been using HN for a while and asked to be one of those with the "unread" marker (an orange vertical line to the left of unread posts).It stopped appearing today, or maybe yesterday.Where did it go? Did I miss some sort of announcement?

There is no unread marker if I recall correctly. Are you sure you're not using some HN browser extension? I'm using Refined Hacker News myself: https://github.com/plibither8/refined-hacker-news

It's a beta feature you have to opt-in to, and not sure what happened to the test. You can email the admins again (maybe dang?) and ask about it
