Is NPM Down?

Accessing https://www.npmjs.com/ on Firefox gives the following error:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.npmjs.com. SSL received a record with an incorrect Message Authentication Code.

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ

Accessing it on Chrome gives the error:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.npmjs.com sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I've been having these issues since yesterday. Anyone seeing anything similar? I'm not seeing any issue with any other website. I'm in Ghana, for context.
