Mama shrimp creamy tom yum with additional creme cheese, must be eaten standing up, preferably over the sink and under strobing flourecend light for maximum effect. The illusion of nurishment combined with the freshness of lemon grass.

When I was in university I tested a lot of (say 100+) instant noodles. I'm sure the MARUTAI Hakata Nagahama Tonkotsu is the best. Until now I still always keep a few packs at home as a warmth when I work late into the night.

Shin Ramyun Red, but Mama Pork is good too.

Honestly tho it's not much more effort to make a 15-minute tantanmen with air-dried wheat noodles and soy milk broth. It tastes so much better and is more healthy than deep-fried instant stuff.

I do all the egg and toppings whenever I make any instant ramen.

I used to import catering packs of pre-made tonkotsu broth from Japan and freeze them in single-serving containers. I had friends tell me my ramen was better than most actual restaurants.

Nongshim Kimchi — it's spicy but not overwhelmingly so, just the right level, and it's a hearty, brothy kind. Excellent in cold weather.
