What are some alternatives to Twitter?

Looking for a social micro-blogging platform. I've heard of Mastodon. Anyone else working on a twitter clone of sorts? Which ones do you think will grow and last 10 years?

Twitter is Twitter. If you move to another Twitter-like platform (Twitter[1]), you're not protecting yourself against the demise that Twitter[0] met.So, I guess my answer is TikTok? If you don't want to use Federated alternatives, you may as well toss yourself into the algorithmic meat grinder.
