Would infusing city libraries with higher grade books, be lovable?

This was done in/thru universities like PRU Moscow, MIT, Shanghai University leading to a more enlightened residential body. I’m hoping we could replicate it in US in exchange of peaceful hearts and minds rather then the current chaotic mood folks are in.

Have you inquired about this in the US in your area? What do you mean by high grade? To some people this implies physical durability, like an ad for a Ford truck.

It's easy to donate books to libraries in the US and I do it all the time. Here locally, many of them will be sold in the Friends of the Library book sale, so that the library can purchase items on its formal purchase list for example. However I've seen e.g. my specialty books on Blender 3D and web development on the shelf, in addition to literature titles.

There are also Little Free Libraries around the city and most are crammed full with books of all kinds, many very interesting philosophical titles in there too.

Finally there are usually boxes of free books left outside homes if you walk around. Some are more prosaic but often there's a theme such as foreign language learning.

[English is not my native language, so I'm not understanding the idea.] Do you want to add a book of "Advanced Calculus" and other similar university level topics to each normal library?
