Is electric toothbrush worth it?

I bought a 'sonic' one from a normal brand. I would not go back to normal toothbrushes. When I travel, sure I bring a normal one. Less moving parts, batteries, etc.

But day 2 day electric all the way.

black friday soon right? Definitely recommend getting one.

I have had a "Plaque Remover" since the 80's when they were medical appliances($$$) due to medical needs. In a sample size of 1 my oral health is always worse when I use a regular tooth on vacation. Today I use a moderately priced ($$) brush with a round head and it works as well as the medical appliance of the past. I get two weeks of 2+ minutes brushing out of a charge and it lasts for several years. As my screen name suggests I have tried to replace batteries on my own. However they are not designed for repair.

I have one of the disposable electric ones that cost $7 or so, and I use those. I had an expensive one with changeable heads, I think it was probably even better but not worth having imo.
