- Maintain a list of companies.
- Categorize companies into groups.
- Maintain a (small) list of contacts at each company.
- Create a recurring campaign, targeting a group. E.g., "Quarterly Site Visit" that repeats quarterly. Track completion date and generate reports showing outstanding items in the campaign.
- Create one time campaigns. E.g, "Send 2023 catalogs". Same tracking and reporting as previous item.
- Export email and addresses of contacts to import to another tool for emails and label printing.
- Log time stamped notes about each company.
I would really appreciate any suggestions. Open to SaaS or something I need to host.
