Cheapest Video Hosting?

I’d like to let Screegle users upload their video screencasts online for a quick one link share option. Any recommendation? I looked at BackBlaze and it seems cheap and was able to upload files from my macOS app in Swift.

Are there other services besides the usual suspects?
