Thoughts on Windows Explorer?

Windows Explorer and search has a lot of complains of being slow and unconvenient still everyone is using it on a daily basis. I tried third party tools like Everything but those are too complicated for an avarage user.

I was curious what you guys are using or maybe it's just me who hates Windows Explorer so much.

Any comments, good or bad?
