Teams trying to accomplish impossible projects under the threat of being fired?
Printing out code for review?
Being fired right before stocks are getting vested - and told that this is going to be a priority?!?
This leadership is clearly throwing everyone under the bus and repeatedly running over the bodies.
This is beyond horrible. How are employees not simply walking out?!
Is it time to unionize Twitter?
I am honestly shocked by so many people - some of the smartest, top experts in the world - taking such abuse without resistance.
1. They like the new vision/leader
2. They're waiting to get laid off and take a severance package
3. They're looking for a new job now but haven't found one
Elon has built two very successful companies and he has done it his way. He's bringing his way to Twitter. I think it'll be good for Twitter long-term because Twitter was falling into the category of where you'd go to work if you want a cushy retirement job.
