Is there crowd sourced cause effect mind map for changes?

I'm looking for interactive mind maps that are designed to capture cause and effect and behind contributed by a community. Even when intelligence is crowd-sourced, there is still a confusion possible:
Causality/ correlation
You won't be able to sort all the points of people with insight to the appropriate category, as you'll never get to know the true cause, but you might always see an corelation

That's called a prediction market and it doesn't really work. Averaging predictions doesn't make them better because the only way to predict the future is to invent it.
