GIF service that does not collect your data?

Are there any GIF services, like Giphy/Gfycat/Tenor, that do not collect your data? Because all of the ones I found are owned by big tech(some quite secretly) and they collect all data they can(as per their ToS).

It can be paid service, as long as they ask a fair price.

I would learn a command line tool that does what the web GUI does. I think ImageMagick can do what you want if you take the time to read the documentation.

(Better yet, also learn to generate an aPNG, which is a much better standard.)

Any time you can do something local, you skip the question of what... tracking stuff... is littering the website you're using.

(Similar logic goes for things like... hashes. Keep it offline, at all costs, or we might notice.)

Why are people still using GIFs for videos, when they're terrible for that purpose? Use an actual video format.
