Why Can't I upvote the Joe Rogan podcast post?

I don't see an upvote button[0]. It's not hidden because I already upvoted it -- see the 'unvote' link that appears in the one directly above for anything I've upvoted (the one below is an ad so doesn't have an upvote button).Same thing on my phone too, so not a cache/browser issue.[0] https://imgur.com/a/AGI3Fsc

I emailed dang previously and some accounts (like mine) get limited. I am not allowed to post comments on my own submissions or to post more than 5 comments in around a couple of hours. This was because I repeated the same points across some posts. Maybe that happened to you?

Sometimes my account temporarily loses a possibility to upvote anything. I guess it's because I do it too much.

I can see an upvote button so I could do it for you; but perhaps something else has triggered?Logout and back in?
