Is there an international market for my niche app?

I will start building a simple material receiving report web app, mostly to help my mother-in-law. She enters delivery note items (goods) from various suppliers into Excel table, but she's struggling with filling those Excel files and printing them. I wonder if there is an international market for this kind of app and I want to find out where those people hang on internet (forums, FB groups etc.).
