Good Resources for Microgrants/Microfunding?

Question

I've decided to create a bootstraped startup. The idea requires very minimal capital for incorporation and infra costs (I'll do the development myself). Since, the amount is very low, its very difficult to arrange any meeting with seed funds. I was wondering if there's any way to raise 5-10k USD capital. Any advice and suggestions? Thanks.

With 5k-10k being a relatively low amount, why not take it on as debt? You probably don't need to incorporate right out the door and a credit card can probably take you pretty far as far as infra costs.
