How do you find new dev tools?

Talking to coworkers has been my primary source since it's easy to sit down and observe their workflows and ask them questions about how they handle different interactions

Otherwise, talking to other developers at user group events or online has helped quite a bit, especially if there is a project involved where specific interactions can be discussed around it
