Not in my opinion. I am not an economist but I will offer my opinion. The economies operate in cycles and fluctuate around world events. There will always be ups and downs with varying degrees of predictability. Wars bring money into specific industries and take confidence away from others. Climate change may spark entirely new industries and flatten others. And so on.
