Open-source video transcribing software?

Hello all, I need to transcribe some text from a video, and would like recommendations for any software you know of that would be free to use?Thanks!

Some months ago I tried the Silero Models: https://github.com/snakers4/silero-modelsWith the audio sources I had, in English, the transcription had many mistakes. The good side is that installing and running the software worked as described in their documentation, so maybe it&rsquo;s worth giving it a try by yourself.

Does it just have to be free to use, or does it have to be an open source?Free: Just upload them to private YouTube videos and Google will transcribe it for you. You can then manually refine the captions and download the files afterward.
