Someone here could please help to scale my app?

hi everybody, i am the creator of talkfi app, i have close to 1M downloads, i am working alone, i need advice to scale my app, at night when much people use the app at same time the app becomes slower, my DB and servers are in AWS, someone here could you please help me and to say me how to scale my app? thanks in advancethis is my app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=schan.main

I think a bit more information would be needed.
What language/frameworks are you using for your api?
Do you have any instrumentation on your servers to see what is causing the issues?
It could be as easy as a missing index or something different.

Read the Phoenix Project, the DevOps Handbook, and the Google SRE book.Or just hire an SRE. You&rsquo;re gonna have to eventually anyway.
