Where to find jobs that have screening questions?
Hello HN!
I've been job hunting unsuccessfully for nearly a year now. I've been trying to get my foot in the door, however just haven't had much luck, except whenever there's a position that poses one or more technical questions to applicants, which usually gets an interview.
Is there a place that aggregates or has such questions as a feature?
I doubt it. Having been on the opposite end of things, screening questions aren't typically formalized. A lot of pre-interview and interview questions are prepared based off of the position that the applicant is applying for, their resume, and their cover letter. If you're having trouble just getting your foot in the door, it might be worth focusing on your cover letter to tailor it to the employer. If you can concisely explain how your skillset can work well for the position you're after, it can go a long way (assuming you're not doing that already)
