Feedback on our (custom) license strategy

Dear HN, We want to release our software as shared source. We want to allow free usage of the software for non-commercial purposes. Another intention is usage for only ethical and non-violent purposes. Commercial ventures need to have an agreement with us, for using the software in production.

No existing license seems to fit in our specific intent and purposes. So we are contemplating releasing the software under our own custom license.

Can you please review the draft and help make the license stronger and better? Or, do you have a better strategy in mind?
