Which Singaporean accelerator/incubator is legitimate?

I'm launching a mobile cash wallet and curious to know what Singaporean accelerator/incubator are legit or if anybody else has good experiences?I joined the government website but its hard to know who I can reach out for raising seed funds.I would need access to Singaporean banking industry as well for transferring money. And for this reason I would want to steer clear away from blockchain/crypto/web3 outfits.I am also considering Japanese accelerator/incubator but would like to launch from Singapore because they use English and have strong laws.Thank you

Where are you located? I think it would be way easier if you can network in person.
I've heard of F10 for fintech by word-of-mouth, but never had personal experience with them.
