Are there any dumb virtual screen overlay glasses?

Question

Not VR. Not AR.Or, well, maybe dumb AR. Clear glasses like AR but not trying to enable object interaction. Just HUDs or virtual monitors/surfaces, etc.That would seem to be far more tractable for an initial product.

You could buy some sunglasses and tape pieces of paper over them. Viola, dumb glasses.
