I am looking for a reply to me and can't find it

I have a serious medical condition and have noticed that when I do stuff, two days later is MUCH harder on me than the day after. And at some point someone on HN said something to me along the lines of "Oh, yeah, runners all know that two days after a hard run is much worse than the day after."

I don't know if it was under this handle or under my old handle of Mz. I've been searching for terms like "48 hours" and "two days" and this handle and finding nothing but outrage fuel that I have no desire to continue wallowing in.
