What service can my company use for background, credit, eviction report?


Looking for a service that may be suitable for assessing tenants and landlords in bulk. For tenants I want to find eviction and credit report, and for both landlord and tenant I want to run criminal background check.

Preferably something which offers an API, such as Checkr. Unfortunately it seems Checkr is suitable more for running these checks on candidates/employees.

I looked at CIC reports (which it seems Zillow uses), but I will have to contact them to see how their service works in bulk.

Does anyone know any other companies which offer this kind of service?

The government regulates credit reporting and tenant screening agencies. Did you try starting there?

Besides the big agencies that collect and sell this information you can find many aggregators that resell it to vertical markets or to people who can’t get access to the major agency databases directly. Google search will find all of that.
