Micromanagement by a VP who has a fantasy that "everyone abandoning WFH to be in the office 40 hours a week will become super-collaborative and super-productive", despite the majority of our team being spread around the entire world and such super-collaboration never happening in the 4 years I've been here even when everyone's in the office. And this on top of multiple people from our team quitting, leaving us with only 3 people who know front-end development during a full project rewrite.
