Google for Summarized Results

Nowadays, many posts/articles are long (for SEO). More often then not, my searches are about every specific thing, and the answer could easily be a paragraph.

So I started Laste, the goal to be a search engine, but the results are summarised (a paragraph or 2)

Would you be interested in using some like that? What's your thoughts?

In case interested, you can subscribe here https://laste.co

Thanks!

No, probably not.

Google already tries to do this with the info cards they put at the top of searches. But:

1. They often don't parse my search correctly, so the answer is not relevant to what I'm actually asking.

2. They struggle to pull out the correct information, so the answer is almost correct but off somehow (e.g. data from the wrong year).

3. They can't assess the reliability or appropriateness of sources, so they sometimes pick out very questionable answers.

(1) and (2) are hard NLP problems. (3) is even harder.

Given all you have is a landing page harvesting emails, I have very little reason to expect you'll do better than Google.

From what search engine will it get the results?

And if i would use it depends on how well it sums it up.
