Where to host our engineering blog?

Our small team would like to start an engineering blog.Requirements: - we'd host on our website (blog.ourwebsite.com) - multiple writers could submit to it - looks decent - not much effort to get up and runningI've looked briefly at Substack and Medium (not sure if they work well for this?) and Ghost (which is probably great, but is $2k/year and untested for us).Anyone have a good experience with a blogging solution for a team?

Medium will just randomly delete your account and all posts in my experience. I was hosting the most innocent little batch script with a tutorial. The only way to go is self hosting in my opinion. Get a .com for $1 at 1&1 (when it comes to domains always do .com or nothing) and a $1 /m unmanaged VPS.
