Best Alfred for Windows?

Alfred on macOS is lovely. Specifically I like using: 'filename to search for individual files quickly.Sadly Alfred isn't available for Windows. What's the best "Alfred for Windows"?

You could try Wox for it's more expansive capabilities.For file search you could try Everything published by Voidtools.

Windows has its own indexing, filenames as well as content for specific types. Just press [Win] and type the filename.
