Well, to speculate: presumably some portion of taxes goes to remediation for wildfires and other weather events, and general cost of living will be higher due to power grid failures in heat, and increased pressure on some crops. People may also use air conditioning more to cope with the weather, and it will be working harder to maintain a livable temperature.
