What do you use for writing your CV?
I've always used markdown rendered to PDF via pandoc, but I've recently read that documents like this are thrown away by the resume filtering programs that companies use because they cannot properly auto-scan the data. Do I need to break down and make an MS Word resume?
LaTeX (the moderncv class): any company that filters out non-Word documents, I don't want to work there.
