What perks would you love to see as a WFH employee?

I'm looking for ideas regarding perks and benefits my remote-first company can proved. I received a great idea in another thread regarding standing desks and mats, so I am curious what others what perks a WFH employee would love (beyond the absolute standards of good salary, insurance/benefits, internet paid for, good team & culture)

Very flexible hours. I have them, and it's very useful. I can break up my day, work at night, whatever.

I attend meetings whenever they're booked through the day, but otherwise work as I want and track my time with a tool to ensure I'm playing fair. I also take time to socialize a decent amount with other developers.

I justify this for the company by not spending my worst hours (when tired or distracted) sitting at the desk and having low productivity; 9-11AM usually aren't great for my focus.

Office equipment reimbursement, especially for those earlier in their careers who can’t order a Herman Miller and a standing desk on a whim.

A decent cowork space membership I think would be nice for those who might wish some social interaction.

Snack box deliveries?

Periodically flying everyone (or least, whole teams) into the same place for retreats, meet and greet, socialization etc is crucial. You could also combine this with your training and development budget and get people out to conferences etc.

As an employee, I appreciate it when my employer sends birthday/holiday/etc gifts (think corporate gift boxes, there are many third-parties in this market), and they make me feel more appreciated than, say, a straight reimbursement for office equipment or something I'd otherwise pay for out of pocket.

That probably makes me a sucker. But a happy sucker!
