What is the most effective self discipline behavior you have?
Getting more sleep, walking 4 miles everyday and also counting calories(using Lose It![1]). I am seeing results already.

I’m very good at procrastinating - one effect of that is that I buy less stuff, and therefore I buy less stuff that I don’t really need (:
Similar to the above, don’t buy snack food then you can’t eat it.
I managed to get sugar- free by co-committing with a friend.
