Would requiring audience to frequently change seats reduce infections?

For example, you could have each audience member move to a randomly assigned seat every minute to minimize the chances of getting infected from someone nearby.

Would this work?

Seems like that would be a way to make sure one infected person can infect 100% of the crowd as opposed to just the people right next to them.

This sounds like a best case scenario for a super-spreader event, no?

Lots of air-exchange and HEPA filters in HVAC seems like a far more effective solution.
