What are the most useful Non CS/STEM classes you have taken in college?

Hi HN! I am an incoming (International Indian) freshman - majoring in Computer Engineering - at one of the following universities: UIUC, UT Austin, GTech, UMichigan (I'm listing a couple of universities to preserve my anonymity and also listing those of roughly the same caliber)

I would love to hear your experience taking an interesting Non CS/STEM course (perhaps in the humanities?) that taught you things that would be otherwise quite difficult to teach yourself. What did you enjoy about these courses?

I know that the CS community is generally very pro-self-learning, but I would like to make the most of college by also taking courses not in the Math, ECE or Physics domain as I enjoy those too. I like to think I like the humanities, but I haven't really done much but read popular books on history or politics.

I have personally enjoyed the Yale Online courses tremendously: https://oyc.yale.edu/

My favorites are RLST 152 (Intro to the New Testament), ITAL 310 (Dante in Translation) and HIST 210 (The Early Middle Ages).
