We're working on integrating their payment terminals for a client and have a developer account there. When we try to log into the developer account now it goes into an infinite redirect loop between clover.com and developer.clover.com. I have tried different computers and browsers with the same effect.
Unfortunately their support model is completely broken in this case. All support options tell you to log into your dashboard, something that is impossible for us right now. Trying to phone gets either a "Please leave a message for sales" or requires a merchant ID to talk to their merchant support. Neither option lets you get through to a person.
Emailing support@clover.com gets an unmonitored email box reply saying "Log in to your account". Emails to other common emails have never been replied to.
Anyone have any other ideas or experience getting support from them? Thanks.
