Business Coach for CTOs?

As a CTO of a moderately successful startup I really strugle with self development, it's pretty hard to discuss problems and get new ideas, especially with remote work and lack of in-person meetups with peers.

Can you recommend a CEO/CTO/Executive coach that helped you?

Hey OP, I feel relate to your problem as CTO of a startup that is growing fast and requires heavy integration with operation and biz (Seed to Series B in 4 years). My day to day is quite hectic, however, I'm happy to do experiments whether I can contribute or help.

My total experience is 14 years start from eng, project manager, CTO and now handling Product. I have experience managing talents from Asia, India, and Silicon Valley. I spend my time weekly aligning with the biz stakeholders like VP of Operation, Finance, Commercial, HR and of course, my co-founder the CEO :)

Why not go get an MBA? Or, pursue the various executive education classes offered through business schools? Are you in such a remote area that there are no other CTOs/ executives in your area (even retired ones?) with whom you can network? Is there a geographic area that is the "home" for your particular industry (IE: whatever your start up does) such that it would be worthwhile for you to travel to that geography regularly and build a network of connections? Are there online places where you might encounter other remote startup execs?

I would recommend grabbing an executive networking group first, often your problems are pretty similar to what others are going through. If thats not enough, I have one referral, he worked with my business unit in Irvine, CA => https://www.giftoftime.us/about-3. Jason is great, Sharp guy, and he has a fair amount of experience running larger orgs.
