Share the resume that got you the job

When I was working for other people, I never submitted a resume. I was referred to the job by a friend, the company looked at my LinkedIn profile, and then they interviewed me.

While this does prove that the job market is unfair and not at all a meritocracy, I hope people will also take away the lesson that increasing the size of your social network (even just with acquaintances) can be the most lucrative time you spend. If you're introduced to a cofounder, it might even be worth millions.
