What tool would you want to see in IT?

I'd like a GUI file browser than can quickly handle tens of thousands of files with icons, lists, and all that. I use Caja and it doesn't even seem multithreaded. But before you get into fixing something like that I'm probably the only guy with over 100k files in a single folder.
