What is your video recording frame rate and resolution on your phone?

For frame rate, my phone (iPhone 11) has 25, 30 and 30 frames per second. For many years, I never cared to change this setting but recently I've attended some concerts and tried different frame rates and resolutions. I decided to go with 60 FPS and 1080p (I don't have any 4K devices). However since the switch I think it's taking longer to send videos to others.

I am trying to find the optimal setting in terms of quality, storage space and sharing with others.

Yeah, it takes more time to send videos but as a result you get your memories with higher quality so I think it's worth it.

Personally, I use 1080p@60fps (w/ auto fps on)

I normally shoot in 1080/60 and then transcode to 720/30 when sending things to people. For concerts/events I like to bump up the resolution closer to 1440p, but I rarely have a need to shoot in 4K. Even with microSD cards it doesn't make much sense to shoot.

I like the "cinematic" look, so I use the only 24fps option, 4k@24fps.

I take into account what resolution won't just crop and stretch the sensors pixels too much and use that. Lower frame rate if I need better exposure and f stop and all that.
