IT admins, what IT tools would you like to see?

My passion is the IT space. So many tools are focused on employee engagement and experience, but not enough on the IT team.

I quit my job a few months ago and in a few months I'll have to find a new one. I’m interested in building a tool so I thought I'd see if anybody had any ideas for IT tools they wanted to see that I could potentially explore before getting a new job.
