kashav, my advice is to take a break to spend several days with your family or lifelong friends. Someone you can trust to tell you if you have changed and trust to give you medical advice.

A good friend described similar issues. From "them" following him when driving, people hiding in walls, being the target of network snooping and key logging. Schizophrenia/Paranoia. Ended in a hospital telling doctors somebody was trying to kill him at night (there were cameras, nobody was there of course). He eventually got help and medication. You might not think or expect this answer: but get professional psycological help.

My machine is a 2017 MacBook Pro, and I have Eero mesh wifi routers with a Hitron CODA modem from Rogers (I'm in Canada). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have little snitch running on my Mac but haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. I've played around with firewall settings on the modem and router, and have tried some of the Eero pro features. Nothing has helped.

It sounds like you're the victim of a crime, normally you'd call the police instead of a lawyer. I'm not saying they'd be any more useful, but it's not surprising a lawyer can't help out here.

Try to start from using definitely clear devices for building a trusted network. Copy all important files which are not executable to trusted disk, then get rid of unsafe devices.
