Anyone remember a joke / meme social network that did one thing?

It's the equivalent of being on the tip of my tongue. I seem to recall a social network that was made as a joke that let you just do the equivalent of 'poke' your friends on it. But I can't remember the details and I can't find it.

Am I going crazy? Or does anyone know what I'm talking about?
