Origami book recommendations? Or other cool handcrafts without tools?

My wife's birthday is coming up and she loves Origami, but books stores only have mass market books on it.

I wish Robert Lang (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uogPWqEYlU) had an origami book.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an Origami book (preferrable in English, but Japanese with good diagrams would work too) or other resources like YouTube? Ones that aren't just a 100 pages, of here's a crane, here's a ninja star, etc.

Lately she's taken an interest in modular origami if that helps.

I'd love to hear about what other people like to do with their hands while watching stuff in the living room!

Here's another great video with Robert Lang discussing 11 levels of complexity of Origami. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDwPXRy9IFc

Ok, spoke too soon. Robert Lang does have lots of books on Origami https://langorigami.com/publications/my-books/
