Tools to manage Twitter or create a digest?

Twitter has taught me incredible things and also taken up far too much time. Sort of like Hacker News 10x.

I’d ideally find something that creates a daily or twice daily digest of my timeline or from certain lists. I tried Mailbrew but found the selection algorithm was really bad for tweets. Seemingly worse than just chronological.

Does anyone have a solution they use and like? Either for digest creation or otherwise managing twitter?

Stuff I’m currently investigating is twitter’s own daily digest, and Zapier

I am sorry for jumping in that late, but this is exactly what we built Murmel to do (https://murmel.social/) - it would aggregate the most shared links and stories in your Twitter timeline (or a Twitter list), and then send you a daily email digest. We also support RSS everywhere, so you can get those as soon as they become trending.

Murmel is not free, but we offer a full 30-day trial. Come check it out.

I use paper.li for a daily collection from a specific twitter list (https://paper.li/aworks/contemporary-classical)
